You are solely responsible for your User Generated Content and agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. Going Solo reserves the right to remove any User Generated Content at any time and without notice.

Going Solo makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content. Going Solo will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the Content or for any actions taken in reliance on the Content.

7. Governing Law. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

10. Entire Agreement. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Going Solo and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
